Yes you can have two lines.
Please choose "REPEATED EMBOSSING"
then choose Upper RIGHT corner
then enter your text for line 1 and then line 2.
There is a $10 setup fee for repeated embossing and a $2 per folder to imprint it. This amounts to the same cost as two "embossed name" lines at $6 each.
