Our MyMusicFolders Anthem folder is built for music of this size. It comes with elastic strings only, though, as the standard metal 3-ring adaptor is too long to fit. Most print-on-demand music is printed on 8.5"x 11" paper, and anthem-sized octavos usually come from a publisher with folded paper to accommodate this method.
You might also consider the Performer Choral folder, which is smaller than other performing choral folders (such as the MyDeluxe, the MyStandard, or the Royale). While being very lightweight the Performer Choral folder will still accommodate a 3-ring adaptor.
